I recently took the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) class through edunet, and I can honestly say it was an incredible learning experience! The course structure was super organized, meeting twice a week via Microsoft Teams, which made it easy to balance with my other responsibilities. The instructors were fantastic—extremely down-to-earth and approachable, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we understood the material.

One of the highlights was the group activity that provided hands-on training with Jira. It was amazing to actually use the platform to track tasks, create burn-down charts, and understand how to calculate velocity. This practical experience helped solidify everything we learned in theory and gave us the confidence to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.

The course also included practice questions to help us prepare for the PSM certification exam, which was incredibly helpful. The instructors were always available to clarify any doubts and provided additional resources when needed.
